J. P. Chandelia
J. P. Chandelia (born March 13, 1951) is an Indian politician. Currently, he is a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly 2018 from Pilani constituency, and he is a member of the Indian National Congress. Chandelia is a retired IAS officer and former Home Secretary of Rajasthan. He was also an advocate in the Rajasthan High Court.[1][2][3]

Early life and education
Chandelia was born on March 13, 1951, to B.R. Chandelia and Bhagwani Devi in Chirawa, Jhunjhunu. He did an LLB and M.Com degree from the University of Rajasthan.[4]
Personal life
On April 22, 1971, Chandelia got married to Mohini Chandelia, and they had two sons and one daughter.[5]
