James Collins (rugby union)
James Collins (born 8 February 1986 in Birmingham) is a notable English rugby union player known for his contributions to the sport. His primary position on the field is as a flanker, and he notably represented Worcester Warriors in the Guinness Premiership during his career.

Collins emerged as a promising talent within the Sixways ranks, aspiring to secure a position in the first team. He honed his skills through the Academy system, demonstrating his potential in notable matches. Notably, he played a pivotal role in Worcester Warriors' EDF Energy Cup victory over Northampton Saints at Franklin's Gardens in September 2006 and contributed to the European Challenge Cup game against Clermont in October 2006. His dedication to the sport was evident as he made numerous appearances in the Guinness 'A' league.
In recognition of his talent and commitment to rugby, Collins earned a spot on the England Sevens team in January 2008, where he participated in the IRB Sevens World Series games, marking his debut at the prestigious 2008 Wellington Sevens.
In March 2009, James Collins affirmed his commitment to Worcester Warriors by signing a new contract that extended his stay at Sixways until the conclusion of the 2011 RFU Championship Season. However, in March 2011, it was announced that Collins had departed from Worcester Warriors and embarked on a new sporting journey by signing a two-year contract with the Sale Sharks Rugby Club.
