History

Lyons-Weiler has been making numerous false and misleading claims about COVID-19, and about vaccines in general for years.[3][4][5][6] United States Court of Federal Claims Special Master Christian J. Moran concluded in 2020 that Lyons-Weiler was "wholly unqualified to opine on the question of vaccine causation"; the decision related to a lawsuit in which Lyons-Weiler testified claiming that a woman was injured from HPV vaccine.[3][7]

His February 2020 claim that SARS-CoV-2 contains a genetic sequence, thus proving that the virus was probably engineered in a laboratory, was repeatedly discredited by researchers and fact-checkers.[8][9]

His Wordpress blog, Science, Public Health Policy and the Law claims to be a scientific journal, with an advisory board consisting of three other prominent anti-vaccine personalities.
