Janette Craig

Janette Craig is an Australian actress best known for her performance as Bubba in Summer of the Seventeenth Doll (1959).

Biography

She worked as an assistant manager at the Comedy Theatre.[1] In 1957 she was voted Miss New South Wales. The following year she married British composer Eric Rasdall. She had a regular role on Australia's first soap opera, Autumn Affair but had to leave it to feature in Summer of the Seventeenth Doll.[2][3]

She retired from acting when her young daughter fell ill and moved into production.[4]
