Jargalan District
Jargalan District (Persian: بخش جرگلان) is in Raz and Jargalan County, North Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Yekkeh Soud-e Sofla.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, the region's population (as Jargalan Rural District of the former Raz and Jargalan District of Bojnord County) was 30,659 in 6,965 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 32,981 people in 8,126 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 27,967 inhabitants in 7,146 households,[2] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Raz and Jargalan County.[3]
