Background and Early Life
When Javad was nine years old, his father, Mirza Abu'l Asan Fel Lrijni, who was a renowned preacher in the northern Iranian city of Mol, passed away. Javad grew up in a spiritual environment. He was still enrolled at Pahlavi Primary School in Mol when his father introduced him to religious studies.
Education
Fazel resumed his religious studies at Islamic schools in 1932 after completing his secondary education in Tehran under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammad Atini.[1] He worked as a translator for the Ministry of Education in 1938 and a writer in Ettela'at Haftegy, spending a year at the Teachers' Training School in Mol teaching literature and educational psychology.
Career
Fazel was famous for writing serial romances, and most of his stories ended in tragedy and presented a moral message. From 1947 to 1961, arguably the golden period of serial writing in Iran, he published more than seventy novels and four collections of short stories.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] Fazel, also wrote Nahj al-Balagha.[10][11][12]
