As an online broker, the company does not own any aircraft, but rather matches operators and private jet owners with end user private jet clients to provide on-demand shorter flights and empty leg flight services.

History

The company has been fount in October 2014 by Sébastien Dequenne,[2] former director of Luxaviation. The company has a unique feature in business aviation world : it is a social company, with social activities in partnership with NGOs. 25% of its profits are donated to the fight against poverty.[3] The company offers its customers to offset their CO2 emissions with the GoodPlanet Foundation,[4] but also to offset the cost of their trip by making donations to associations or foundations fighting poverty and exclusion, such as the Caritas France Foundation, Aviation Sans Frontières and Les Avions du Bonheur.[5] In addition, Jet Solidaire uses empty flights to invite people in need of reintegration in partnership with Les Enfants du Canal.[6][7]

Business Model

Jet Solidaire operates as an online broker, focusing on chartering private jets at competitive prices in the market. The company connects jet owners with end-user private jet clients. Jet Solidaire' team uses proprietary technology to help find suitable options for clients.[8]
