Jo Ann Keyser

Jo Ann Keyser Armstrong is an American wheelchair athlete who competed at the Summer Paralympic Games.

Career

At the 1968 Summer Paralympics, she won a gold medal in 4×40 meter relay open, with Ella Chafee, Carol Giesse,[1] and Linda Stratman, and silver medal in 60 meter wheelchair C.[2]

At the 1972 Summer Paralympics, she won a gold medal in Women's Slalom 4,[3] and bronze medal in Women's 60 m Wheelchair 4.[4]

In 1976, she founded Rochester Rookies.[5][6][7] In 2017, she was succeeded as director by Ryan Chalmers.[8][9]
