Jumhuriya

Jumhūriyyah (Arabic: جمهورية; Arabic pronunciation: [/d͡ʒum.huː.rij.ja/]) is the word for "republic" in the Arabic language. Loanwords representing variations of the term also exist in other language families, especially Turkic.
