Khaled Aref

Taha Abdel Kader, also known as Khaled Aref, (Arabic: طه محمد محمود عبد القادر, also known by his kunya Abu Adham أبو أدهم—"Adham's Father"; Born on April 25 1946, he is a Palestinian Politician, Diplomat, and a member of the nationalist party, Fatah. He was appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Bahrain on October 6 2010 by President Mahmoud Abbas On April 12, 2011, he presented his credentials to the King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.[1] On September 11, 2020, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates decided to withdraw him from Bahrain as a result of Bahrain–Israel normalization agreement.[2] On 18 Nov 2020, he returned to Bahrain.

Early life and education

Aref was born and studied in Kaukab Abu al-Hija Palestine, on April 25 1946 he was born. Aref had spent most of his time in the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp, the particular reason is because of him being the leader of the nationalist party Fatah. After Israel occupied the State of Palestine Aref decided to take his family and leave to Lebanon, while staying in Lebanon he was elected to be the leader of the nationalist party Fatah. Aref was known as a leader in the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp and all around Sidon Lebanon. 20 years later, Aref got the opportunity to be the Ambassador of State of Palestine in the Bahrain and he accepted.

Family

Aref is married to Mrs. Rihab Al Afifi- Abdul Kader and now have 4 children the oldest is Adham Abdul Kader, then Hiba Abdul Kader, Rania Abdul Kader, and the youngest is Mohammed Abdul Kader. Aref now has 9 grandchildren, Lamar Abdul Kader, Loulwa Abdul kader, Khalid Abdul kader, Reine Rawas, Mahmoud Rawas, Taha Rawas, Rayyan Rawas, Ali Idi, Mohammed Idi. His oldest son (Adham Abdul Kader) is married to a Lebanese woman from Sidon Lebanon that goes by the name Dalia Hijazi, And his second born kid (Hiba Abdul Kader) Is also married to a Lebanese man that goes by the name Wassim Idi.
