Kilmartin Castle
Kilmartin Castle is a 16th-century Z-plan castle at Kilmartin, Scotland. Built for the Rector of Kilmartin, John Carswell, in 1550 and later owned by Clan Campbell. Restored and refurbished in the 1990's, following 200 years as a ruin, the castle was then used as a second home. In 2019 Kilmartin Castle and grounds were again restored and renovated to a high standard.
