Kuhsarat District (Persian: بخش کوهسارات) is in Minudasht County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Dowzeyn.

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as the former Kuhsarat Rural District of the Central District) was 14,139 in 3,272 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 15,745 people in 4,264 households, by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Kuhsarat District.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 15,116 inhabitants in 4,524 households.[2]
