History
LVLY was co-founded in 2015 by Hannah Spilva and Verity Tuck.[2] They both worked in advertising before launching LVLY.[3]
LVLY currently operates same-day deliveries in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide, and one-day delivery in other Australian locations. The company has offices across Australia.[3] It offers personalized flower jars and curation of add-ons, in biodegradable gift boxes and reusable flower Jars.
In April 2022, LVLY was acquired by south-east Asian-based Limitless Technology for $35 million.[4] Maximilian Lotz, CEO of Limitless Technology, mentioned the reason for acquiring LVLY was its financial performance, brand and team.[5] As part of the deal Hannah Spilva will also be the board member of Limitless Technology.[5][6]

In 2022, LVLY was listed among "Australia's Top 50 fastest growing companies", by Deloitte Tech.[7]
LVLY founders won the "2021 Melbourne Young Entrepreneur Award" for the company. [8]
