Lactiplantibacillus paraplantarum

Lactiplantibacillus paraplantarum is a rod-shaped species of lactic acid bacteria first isolated from beer and human faeces.[1] It is facultatively heterofermentative. Strain CNRZ 1885 (= CIP 104668) is the type strain.
