Máscara Dorada 2.0
Máscara Dorada 2.0 is the ring name of a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler. He currently works for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), where he portrays a tecnico ("Good guy") wrestling character and is a former Mexican National Lightweight Champion. He has previously worked as Panterita del Ring Jr. His real name is not a matter of official record as he is an enmascarado, which by lucha libre traditions means that his personal life is kept secret from the general public.

Personal life
Máscara Dorada 2.0 is the son of Ephesto, and as Panterita del Ring Jr., his ring name refers to his father's previous gimmick. He is also the nephew of Jesús Parra Ramírez, who also works for CMLL under the name Luciferno and has previously worked under ring names such as Hooligan, El Hombre Sin Nombre (years after Ephesto used the same name) and Último Rebelde.[1] Máscara Dorada 2.0's cousin made his CMLL debut in 2014 under the name "El Rebelde".[2]
Professional wrestling career
On May 28, 2021, at Copa Dinastías, Panterita del Ring Jr. made his in-ring debut where in the first round, he teamed up with his father Panterita del Ring and lost to Rey Cometa and Espíritu Negro.[3] On December 11, Panterita won the Mexican National Lightweight Championship.[4] On December 23, 2022, he and Místico won the 2022 Torneo Gran Alterntiva tournament.[5][6]
On May 24, 2023, Panterita vacated the National Lightweight Championship in order to move up to the welterweight division.[7][8] On June 14, it was announced that Panterita would take up the ring name Máscara Dorada 2.0.[9] He wrestled his first match under his new ring name on June 30 at Fantastica Mania: Mexico, where he defeated El Desperado in 2-out-of-3 falls match.[10] On the July 28 edition of Super Viernes, Máscara Dorada 2.0 won the Leyenda de Plata tournament, defeating Rocky Romero in the final.[11][12]
