Marina Loshak
Marina Devovna Loshak (Russian: Мари́на Дэвовна Лоша́к, Ukrainian: Марина Девівна Лошак, surname Boskis; born November 22, 1955, Odesa, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian curator, gallery owner, art manager, collector, museum worker. Director of the Pushkin Museum (2013[1]-2023).[2][3]
One of the leading curators of the Russian avant-garde. Co-founder, co-owner (with Maria Salina) and art director of the Proun Gallery at Winzavod (since 2007). Art Director of the Moscow Museum and Exhibition Association Manezh (2012-2013). Member of the Expert Council of the Kandinsky Prize.[4]
Collector of naive art and headdresses.[5]
She married to Viktor Loshak (born 1952), Russian journalist, editor. Their daughter Anna Mongait (née Loshak, born 1978) is a Russian journalist and TV presenter.[6]
