Markazi Darul Ifta

The online portal for Fatwa issuance is running since the year 2003, after three years of foundation of Jamiatur Raza by Tajush Shariah Akhtar Raza Khan Qadri.[12] It started running on the official website of Jamiatur Raza since 2003.[13][14]

Officials started it as an Ask Page on the website to get questions and issue their Fatwas on the matter online.

• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued a fatwa against Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan in the year 2013, that naming children after an actor is not legal is Islam and is prohibited.[15]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta and Manzar-e-Islam jointly issued Fatwa against Shahrukh Khan of being a Kafir when Shahrukh Khan spoken against Islamic Prophet Muhammad in 2009.[16][17]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan for surrogacy of child, saying that it is Unislamic.[18] The Markaz said Surrogacy is Haram for everyone.[19]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against Salman Khan when he visited Ganpati Puja in Mumbai. The Markaz said it is Unislamic to visit other religions God and pray to them is Kufr.[20]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against singing of Vande Mataram and called it anti-Islamic.[21]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against Hafiz Saeed and his organisation Jamat-ud-Dawa. Saying that killing of innocent people is prohibited.[22][23] This fatwa was later congratulated by the Indian National Congress and others.[24][25] Again Markaz issued Fatwa that the Speeches of Hafiz Saeed are Haraam.[26][27] He was called a Person not related to Islam.[28][29][30]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against ISIS and Barelvi Madarsas started a drive against it to aware people for it and said killing innocent in the name of Islam is Unislamic.[31][32]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued a Fatwa after Nida Khan, a daughter-in-law of Family of Aala Hazrat and founder of Aala Hazrat Helping Society spoken against Quran, Practice of Triple Talaq and about Halala.[33] Later the person who issued Fatwa was chargesheeted by Police.[34]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwas that Muslim women do have the right to end their marriage if they are the victim of domestic violence and oppressions and theIslam has given this right to them to break their marriage.[35]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa that presence of Women at the time of Triple Talaq isn't essential.[36]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against sitting in News Debates, saying as Watching Television is Unislamic then it's clear that participating is also Unislamic.[37]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa for men to not to hide their identity for Love and asked girls for not to shape their Eyebrows.[38][39]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa that Men and Women eating together is Unislamic, against Shariat and against Islam rule.[40]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa that a Women can not got to Hajj alone without a close Male relative.[41][42]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa in reply of Darul Uloom Deoband allowing Alcoholic Sanitizer use in Mosque[43] against usage of Alcoholic Sanitizers is Prohibited and Haram. It is very bad to use it in Mosques.[44]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued a Fatwa against the practice of Dowry in Muslim Families and calling Dowry an Unislamic practice and prohibited in Islam and said The Dowry is same as Ransom in Islam.[45]
• The Markazi Darul Ifta issued Fatwa against Love Jihad conspiracy. The mufti said taking someone to Islam without their choice is Haram and prohibited.[46][47]
