Marwan Issa

Marwan Issa (born 1965) is deputy commander-in-chief of Hamas' military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades.[1]

In 2007, Issa survived a targeted attack by Israeli forces.[2] He is also known by his nom-de-guerre as Abu Baraa.
