McGregor (surname)

McGregor is a Scottish surname. It is derived from the Gaelic Mac Griogair / Mac Greagair meaning 'son of Griogar', the Gaelic form of the given name Gregory.[1] Clan MacGregor were a famous Highland Scottish clan.[2]
