Biography
Fasano grew up in Burbank, California, and began playing drums while attending St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Elementary School. Fasano further developed his drumming internationally sailing around the world in lounge bands aboard Princess Cruises, a.k.a., the Love Boat.[1] After four years at sea, Fasano's close friend, Matt Sorum convinced the drummer to stay land-locked. Fasano took Sorum's advice and started climbing the ladder of Los Angeles's tight music scene, recording and touring with former Guns N' Roses guitarist Gilby Clarke and playing in his own band, Dad's Porno Mag. In January 2000, he got the offer to join the resurging heavy metal outfit Warrant.[2] As of 2023, he is currently the drummer for Tiger Army.
In addition to being the drummer for Tiger Army, Fasano has also done session work for bands such as AFI, Avenged Sevenfold, Blink-182, Fleetwood Mac, Garbage, Green Day, Guns N' Roses, My Chemical Romance, Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, and Weezer.[3]
