Milly Babalanda

Milly Babirye Babalanda (born 5 December 1970) is a Ugandan politician.[1] She became Minister of the Presidency in the Cabinet of Uganda under President Yoweri Museveni in June 2021.[2] She is reportedly one of the Presidents most influential ministers.[3]

Early life

She was born in Nalinaibi village in Kamuli district. She is apparently a resident of Jinja City

Political career

She is a member of the ruling National Resistance Movement party.

Personal life

Her husband is a Seventh-day Adventist pastor.
