Nguyễn Minh Tú
Nguyễn Minh Tú (born 14 November 1991 in Ho Chi Minh City) is a Vietnamese supermodel, beauty queen, and an actress. She won the silver prize in Vietnam Supermodel 2013 contest, and was runner-up in the fifth season of Asia's Next Top Model.[2] She was one of three mentors of The Face Vietnam 2017, as well as a master mentor for season six of Asia's Next Top Model.[3] In 2018, she was appointed as Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 and represented Vietnam at Miss Supranational 2018, where she finished in the top ten, and in Miss Supranational Asia 2018.[4]

Career
2010-2013: Vietnam Supermodel contest
In 2010, Minh Tu registered to participate in Vietnam Supermodel 2010, the result was Top 40. In 2011, she continued to participate and reached the top 20 finalists of Vietnam Supermodel 2011, together winning the Supermodel of Style and sub-prizes.[5] In 2012, she officially stepping into the path of becoming a model. In the same year, she participated in them Asian Young Model 2012 contest in Korea but was not lucky enough to bring the prize. In 2013, Minh Tu again returned to Vietnam Supermodel 2013 and won one of the three silver prizes of the contest, tied with two contestants Phan Ha Phuong and Tran Minh Phuong, the winner was Tran Ngoc Lan Khue.[6]
Asia's Next Top Model
The most important milestone came to Minh Tu in 2017 when she was the representative of Vietnam to compete at Asia's Next Top Model 2017 and excelled in the Top 3 (runner-up) in the end, and also represented Vietnam, farthest in this competition. This is the first turning point in Minh Tu career, officially putting her on the vedette of the Vietnamese model village after seven years of working in the profession.[7]
The Face Vietnam
After the Asia's Next Top Model contest, she returned to Vietnam to work as a coach for two reality TV shows, The Face Vietnam 2017 (with Hoàng Thùy and Lan Khue) and The Look Vietnam 2017 (with Miss Pham Huong and Miss Ky Duyen).[8][9]
2018: Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 and Asia's Next Top Model
In 2018, she accepted to be an alumni mentor for Asia's Next Top Model 2018. At the end of 2018, Minh Tu officially represented Vietnam (Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018) in the Miss Supranational 2018 beauty arena and entered the Top 10 finalists and at the same time, received the title of Miss Supranational Asia 2018, along with three sub awards: Best National Costume and Best Evening Performance, Top Model. She was also chosen to represent Vietnam at Timeless Beauty 2018 along with H'Hen Niê, Nguyen Phuong Khanh and Tran Tieu Vy. She entered the top 25 overall.[10][11]
2019-2021: Acting career
In 2019, Minh Tu appeared on the big screen with his first main role in the movie Miss Giang Ho by Director/Actor Luong Manh Hai. With this role, she has achieved certain successes in the 7th art discipline, laying the foundation for her future acting career. After the movie, Minh Tu took the role of a guest judge in episode 8 of the show I am Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 with runner-up Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 Mau Thuy.[12]
In 2021, she accepted the invitation of the famous male MC in Vietnam - Tran Thanh to attend the Bố già movie in the role of Truc Nhan, even though she played the role of a female villain and her acting was not so excellent, but she was considered completed his role.[13]
2020: Mentor of Miss International Queen Vietnam
In 2020, Minh Tu comes to Miss International Queen Vietnam 2020 with Hoàng Thùy and Miss Grand Vietnam 2019 Kieu Loan as coaches. Minh Tu lineup includes 5 contestants: Vu Thu Phuong, Phung Truong Tran Dai, Cadie Huynh Anh, Chau Kim Sang and Mong Thuong. As a result, contestant Phung Truong Tran Dai was crowned the highest.[14]
2021: The Face Online by Vespa
In 2021, a spin-off of the popular The Face Vietnam TV series - The Face Online by Vespa, was launched with the wrong purpose of looking for contestants to next year's The Face Vietnam (season 4) competition, whereby Minh Tu appeared at The Face Vietnam as a contestant, judge as a former mentor of The Face Vietnam 2017.[15][16]
2022: Mentor and Judger at beauty pageants
In 2022, she and Miss Vietnam 2014 Ky Duyen and 3rd runner-up at Miss International 2015 Thuy Van take on the role of coaches for the Miss Fitness Vietnam - Miss Sports Vietnam 2022 contest. In 2022, she served as a judge for the Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 contest, along with supermodel Anh Thu. In 2023, she continued to be a judge for the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 contest, along with Diem My 9X. The identity of the 6th judge present at Miss Supranational Vietnam, that is supermodel - Miss Minh Tu, the name always receives the attention and enthusiasm of the audience and fans.
In 2022, she confirmed to participate in the most popular TV show in Vietnam - Sao nhập ngũ 2022.[17]
Beginning in 2018, Minh Tú was dating rapper Andree. In August 2019, the couple separated.[18] She is bisexual.[19]
