Ministry of Business Development (Ghana)

The Ministry for Business Development is a new Government of Ghana ministry created to promote the private sector in Ghana.[1][2][3][4][5][6] The ministry was created under the Nana Akuffo-Addo administration in 2017. The ministry is headed by Ibrahim Mohammed Awal.[5][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15] The goal of the Ministry is to create a sustainable and most business-friendly entrepreneurial, innovative and business environment conducive to attracting private sector investment to create jobs and livelihoods.[16]
