Mirna Esmeralda Hernández

Mirna Esmeralda Hernández Morales (born 3 August 1961) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. She currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Hidalgo.[1]
