Mirza Rahmat Baig Quadri

Mirza Rahmat Baig (born 15 March 1977) is an Indian politician and a Member of the Telangana Legislative Council from the Hyderabad Local Authorities constituency since 2 May 2023.[1][2][3] He is elected representing the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen.[4][5]

Early life

Mirza Rahmat Baig Quadri was born to Mirza Shahab Baig and Maher Unnisa Begum on March 15, 1977, in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana).[1]

Mirza Rahmat Baig is married to Naseem Begum and they have 2 Sons and 3 daughters together.[1]

Career

Early career

Mirza Rahmat Baig was the driver of AIMIM Member of Legislative Assembly Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri from 2004 to 2009.[6]

Political career

Mirza Rahmat Baig Quadri had previously fought 2018 Telangana Legislative Assembly election from the Rajendranagar Assembly constituency representing All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen but failed to win.[7][8]
