It is published cooperatively by Vilnius University (Lithuania), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), and VTeX (Lithuania). The editors-in-chief are Kestutis Kubilius (Vilnius University) and Yuliya Mishura (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv). The journal covers all aspects of stochastics.
