Mohinder Kaur Midha
Mohinder Kaur Midha is a British politician and former Mayor of the London Borough of Ealing.[1] She is the first dalit woman to become a mayor in the United Kingdom.[2]

Personal life
She was born and raised in the Ravidasia Sikh family of Bara Pind in Jalandhar District.[3] After completing her postgraduate studies, she immigrated to England in 1972. She is also an executive member of Guru Ravidas Temple, Southall, and a member of the Indian Workers Association.[4]
