Career

His songs, videos, and music portray the worsening social and humanitarian crisis in Morocco, such as slums, marginalization, looting, homelessness, and the unemployed crisis in Morocco.

On August 8, 2014, a court in Ain Sebaa, near Casablanca, issued a three-month prison sentence and a fine of 500 dirhams, on charges of “insulting state institutions”,[1] “harming public morals”, “distorting the Moroccan national anthem”, and “insulting the police and the judiciary”.

It was stated at the beginning of the song entitled “My Life Is Incomplete”: “The spring of the free in the national anthem is nothing but a word... Bright lights are just a dream for me”.[2][3]
