Mussels with saffron
Mussels with saffron is a traditional dish from Abruzzo, Italy.[2] It is made with classic cooked mussels prepared with parsley, onion, bay leaf, white wine, olive oil and seasoned with Saffron of l'Aquila sauce.[3]
