Naseer Faiq

Naseer Ahmad Faiq is the chargé d’affaires of Afghanistan's Permanent Mission to the United Nations since 17 December 2021.[1][2]

Since December 2021, Faiq has served as Afghanistan's chargé d’affaires to the UN.[3] The Taliban government's pick for UN Ambassador, Mohammad Suhail Shaheen, remains unrecognized.[3]
