Omnibus Clause
The Omnibus Clause or Omnibus Provision in the federal law of the United States is a section of 18 U.S.C. ยง1503 according to which "anyone who corruptly... obstructs or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct or impede, the due administration of justice", is guilty of the crime of obstruction of justice.[1]:โ1021โ1033โ
