Both of these pharmaceutical companies are pioneers and leaders in areas such as pain management, acid reflux disease, and infectious diseases. Ortho-McNeil and Janssen Pharmaceutica together compose the Ortho-McNeil-Janssen group within Johnson & Johnson.
