Oulu sub-region

Oulu sub-region is a subdivision of Northern Ostrobothnia and one of the Sub-regions of Finland since 2009. The Oulu region has a population of 262,099, making it the fourth largest region in Finland after Helsinki, Tampere and Turku.[1]
