Pëllumb Kulla
Pëllumb Kulla (born 1940) is a former Albanian diplomat and author.[1] He served as Permanent Representative of Albania to the United Nations from 1993 to 1997.

Biography
Kulla was born in the village of Zemblak, Albania.[2] He wrote plays and books.[2][1][3]
Kulla served as Permanent Representative of Albania to the United Nations from 1993 to 1997.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12]
