The film begins in a village, President Jagannadham is a tyrant who tramples the public mingling his acolytes Butchaiah, Achaiah, Lakshmipati & Gumustha Govindaiah, and loots government grants & schemes. Besides, Bhushayya is reputable in the village. After the death of his first wife i.e, Jaganadham’s sister he spliced Ranganayakamma and possess two sons Suryam & Chandram. Since Suryam is a progeny of the first, he is nurtured by Jagannadham, performed nuptials with his benevolent daughter Lakshmi and is blessed with a son Raja. Anyhow, Suryam’s kinship with Bhushayya is fragile and is turned into a debauchery. Meanwhile, Chandram is a gallant well-informed who toils to enhance the bigger life of the village and impedes the enormities of lowlifes. Aside from that, Ranganayakamma’s sister Janakamma has two daughters Nirada & Sarada. Janakamma puts an evil eye on Nirada and molests her. Before dying, she confesses the sin to the village doctor Samuel whom Jagannadham gives it to go bribe but to avail. So, he slays him too and forges the elope of two by demolishing the bodies. On Raja’s pedagogy ceremony Aksharabhyasam, Bhushaiah fronts to perform when Jagannadham obstructs and insults him. However, Chandram succeeds his father to do so. Hence, Jagannadham allots his sidekick Kottayya to kill Chandram who is shielded by Dr. Rohini the new arrival and they crush. Following, a beggar always roams around the village, teaching morals. Currently, Jagannadham ruses to knit Sarada, Janakamma denies it and arranges a fine alliance that is damaged by blackguards. Whereat, Bhushayya revolts and spits on Jagannadham. Ergo infuriated Jagannadham and foments Suryam against his father for his share, which leads to Bhushayya's death. Later, Chandram abandons the totality of Suryam and quits. As of now, he resides with peasants and forms a union anti to Jagannatham & Co. On the beat, Mohan, a sibling of Rohini lands as a Vigilance Officer and wedlocks Sarada. With the aid of Chandram, he accumulates all the pieces of evidence against the brutal and seizes their activities. Thus, incensed Jagannadham edicts to burn away the yearly yield and abducts Mohan & Rohini. It induces public rebellion when Suryam also reforms after soul-searching. At last, Chandram secures Mohan & Rohini and is on the verge to eliminate knaves. Therein, the beggar is shown as a secret cop who apprehends baddies. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note with the marriage of Chandram & Rohini.
