Phalonidia scabra

Phalonidia scabra is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in China (Gansu, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Shanxi, Yunnan, Zhejiang) and Korea.[2]
