Pseudochromis fowleri
Pseudochromis fowleri, the Philippines dottyback, is a species of ray-finned fish in the central Western Pacific, which is a member of the family Pseudochromidae.[1] This species reaches a length of 5.3 cm (2.1 in). [2]
