Reed Jobs
Reed Jobs (b. 1991) is an American venture capitalist and founder of Yosemite venture fund. He is the eldest son of Apple Inc. founder Steve Jobs.[1]

Early life
Reed was born to Steve Jobs and Laurene Powell Jobs. Reed was studying oncology and had started a summer internship at Stanford when he was 15.[2] He switched majors to history after his father died from pancreatic cancer in 2011.[3]
Career
Reed founded $200 million venture fund named Yosemite in August 2023.[4] The venture fund is focused on cancer treatments. Named after the park where Reed Jobs' parents were married in 1991 and conceived Reed, the fund raised money from John Doerr, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, The Rockefeller University and M.I.T.[5] Yosemite is a subsidiary of the Emerson Collective established in 2004 by Laurene Powell Jobs.[6]
