Saleem Akhtar
Raja Saleem Akhtar (Punjabi, Urdu: راجہ سلیم اختر) (8 September 1930 – 22 April 2004) was a Pakistani cricketer who played for Multan and Sargodha.[1] His sons Wasim Raja and Rameez Raja played for the Pakistan cricket team, while Zaeem Raja played first-class cricket.

Raja was born in a Punjabi Muslim family. He and his family migrated from the Indian city of Jaipur, Rajasthan to Pakistan during the Partition of India.[2] He worked as a civil servant and was a police commissioner.[3][4]
