Santos family
The Santos Family, or simply Los Santos, are a Colombian family originally from the Santander Department, but residing in Bogotá, which has significantly influenced the country's politics and journalism since the beginning of the 20th century. Its origins date back to the port of Cádiz, Spain.

The family has had two presidents of the country, Eduardo Santos Montejo[1] and Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, and several journalists, among its numerous and influential members, including the heroine of the Independence, Antonia Santos.[2] Additionally, one vice–president, Francisco Santos Calderón.[3][4][5]
