Sclerosomatidae

The Sclerosomatidae are a family of harvestmen with about 1,300 known species.[1] One former subfamily has been recently removed to form a new family, Globipedidae.[2]

The name is combined from Ancient Greek skleros "hard" and soma "body".[3]
