Scutellaria tuvensis
Scutellaria tuvensis is a species of flowering plant in the family Lamiaceae, native to Tuva in southern Siberia.[1] A perennial, it is found in dry and desert steppes on thin soils, gravel, scree, and rocky outcrops.[2]
