Shihab bin Tariq Al Said
Sayyid[2] Shihab bin Tariq Al Said (born in 1955[1]) is an Omani member of the royal family and one of the Deputy Prime Ministers.

Shihab is the brother of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, and Asa'ad bin Tariq Al Said.[1] He was an advisor to Sultan Qaboos. He was Rear Admiral and the head of Royal Navy of Oman from August 1990[2] until 2004.[1]
Sultan Haitham appointed him as Deputy Prime Minister for defence affairs in March 2020.[3] As deputy prime minister for defence, Shihab is now answerable only to the sultan in defence matters.[3]
