Shuang Hu

Shuang Hu (Chinese: 胡逸兴; pinyin: Hú Yìxìng) is a Chinese-Australian actress.[1] She is best known for portraying Candy Law in the SBS television series The Family Law, and Wei Jun in the ABC comedy series Ronny Chieng: International Student.[2][3][4] Hu was recently announced as the lead in the upcoming Amazon Prime Video film Five Blind Dates, which began filming in April 2023.[5][6][7][8][9][10] She presented the 2022 documentary Beyond the Reef, wherein she travelled to the Great Barrier Reef.[11][12]

Early life and education

Hu was born in China, and moved with her family to Brisbane, Queensland when she was a child.[13] She graduated with a bachelor's degree of Hotel Management and International Business from Griffith University.[14][15]
