So Nem

So Nem is the former minister for national education of Cambodia.[1] He was the joint founder with Chau Sengof of La Nouvelle Dèpêche (The New Dispatch) newspaper in the 1960s.[2] He was a member of the national assembly.[3]

In this Cambodian name, the surname is So. In accordance with Cambodian custom, this person should be referred to by the given name, Nem.
