Spilarctia rubilinea

Spilarctia rubilinea is a moth in the family Erebidae. It was described by Frederic Moore in 1866. It is found in Nepal, India (Sikkim, Assam), Bhutan, Myanmar, Vietnam and China (Sichuan, Tibet).[1]
