Spring Creek rises on the Elkhorn River divide about 0.5 miles (0.80 km) south of Opportunity, Nebraska in Holt County and then flows north-northwest to join Redbird Creek about 6 miles (9.7 km) southwest of Redbird, Nebraska.[1]
