Sunday Ododo

Sunday "Sunnie" Enessi Ododo, FNAL is a Nigerian writer and academic of Theatre Arts who has served as the managing director of the National Arts Theatre since 2020.[1][2]

Biography

Ododo was born in 1962 in Maiduguri, Borno State. He attended Fatima community College for his secondary school education. He earned his bachelor's degree and PhD in Performing Arts from University of Ilorin and a master's degree in Theatre Arts from University of Ibadan.[1] He became a Fellow of Nigerian Academy of Letters in 2019[3] and was appointed by President Muhammad Buhari as the managing director of National Arts Theatre in 2020.[2]
