Syed Basharat Ahmad Bukhari is a broadcaster and the former minister for Law, Justice, Revenue, Parliamentary affairs, Horticulture, Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Jammu and Kashmir State(Erstwhile), .
