Taufeeq Ahmad
Malik Taufeeq Ahmad (01 January 1948 – 24 January 2010, Hindi: मलिक तौफीक़ अहमद) was an Indian politician and a member of 13th and 15th Legislative Assembly, Uttar Pradesh of India. He represents the Domariyaganj constituency in Siddharth Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.[1][2]

Political career
Taufeeq Ahmad was first elected member of the Legislative Assembly for the first time in 1996 from the Samajwadi Party and for the second time in the 2007 general assembly elections on the Bahujan Samaj Party ticket.[3][4]
Movements and arresting
Taufeeq had participated in many political movements. And the District jail was detained for sixty days in Dehradun and Basti.[5]
